Here is my spot to link all those amplifier builds that consume so much of my time. I found that the prospect of buying say, a 1965 Deluxe Reverb to be extremely expensive. But the reissues are all on PCB, so long-term reliability is a bit doubtful. And I tried a newer Fender amp, they get issues with those electronics. Any forget it if you want to modify the circuit...PCB is not mod-friendly. Result - if you want to get your amp, you either shell out big bucks to collectors or boutique shops, or you build it yourself For questions, email . |
